HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – Sunnie Morrison is an entrepreneur on a mission. Since 2002, Morrison has owned First Class Productions Inc., (FCPi), a company with a variety of offerings, including a modeling component, Miss Runway, and Real Women on the Move, a membership-based empowerment group for entrepreneurs. The company also provides event staffing and planning services, including staffing models at automobile shows and other high-end events around the country.

A feature of FCPi is a Hollywood studio that can be used for a variety of purposes; including meetings, workshops, castings, book signings, fitness classes, photo shoots and more. The space is a cozy 800 square feet that accommodates up to 50 people.

With its hardwood floors and wall-to-wall mirrors, it offers a sleek, minimalist touch for discerning clients looking for a professional appearance. Located at 2126 Tyler St. in Hollywood, the venue includes a private bathroom, audio equipment with an iPod/iPhone flash drive connection and a CD player. For clients’ convenience, the studio provides two six feet tables, 10 white folding chairs, free wi-fi, and three hours of free parking between the hours of 8 a.m.-8 p.m.

After 8 p.m. parking is unlimited.

When a client books the studio, they’re provided access to the entire venue, including the lobby’s sign-in area. Rates begin at $30 per hour.
