It will make it the first time in the UTD’s 83 year history that a black man will lead the organization.

The Palm Beach County School District’s station, The Education Network, has been honored with its seventh Telly Award, from among nearly 12,000 entries from all 50 states and numerous countries. The award — in the information category for The Eighth Wonder of the World: Henry Flagler’s Over-Sea Railroad — is considered  a sign of creative excellence.
