This is a well-deserved honor for a notoriously compassionate, brilliant, energetic, and wise community leader. Congratulations to Mrs. Andrews and to the Delta Epsilon Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority for their work to credit such a gifted leader!
