Celebrate Mother’s Day at the Deering Estate at Cutler’s annual Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday, May 12, from 10:30 a.m. - 1:30 pm. Enjoy a variety of appetizing dishes and desserts provided by Chef David Schwadron Catering and Event Design, tour the grand Stone House and historic Richmond Cottage, and take in the natural beauty and grandeur of the estate. The cost is $70 for adults and $45 for children ages 5-12; ages 4 and under are free.

Two can dine for $9.99

Pollo Tropical is offering a two can dine for $9.99 “Mommy & Me” deal on Mother’s Day. The special features two entrée choices of a quarter chicken meal or Tropichop option with rice and beans, yucca sticks, sweet plantains or tostones and drink. Guests can text “MOM” to 52198 to receive the special offer, valid only on May 12.

Mother’s Day at Castellow Hammock


Spend Mothers Day afternoon, 4 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at Castellow Hammock Park, 22301 S.W. 162nd Ave., Miami. Bring your own picnic, watch a hands-on animal program with SafariEdventure, and enjoy a campfire with fun activities and marshmallows to roast!

2013 MOTHERS OF THE YEAR PICNIC
