• If Lalah Hathaway’s outstanding remake of Angel, previously recorded by Anita Baker, is any indication of what her Lalah Hathaway LIVE! is all about, then we are in for a major treat! The songstress recorded the CD before a live audience that included her mother and other family members, Baker and other industry giants at the Troubadour Theater in Los Angeles; the venue where her legendary father, Donny Hathaway, also recorded his breathtaking 1972 album, Donny Hathaway Live.  If you love great music, add this to your collection when it drops on Oct. 30.

  • Zooman and the Sign is a chance to support good local theater while partaking in a powerful story that reminds us of the importance of caring for each other. The play deals with the aftermath of a murder and a community whose silence protects the killer.
