AFC East Division

New England 12-4

Buffalo 9-7

New York 8-8

Miami 5-11

With Tom Brady returning, and Coach Belichick at the helm, who can beat this team? A guarantee lock for the AFC championship, no other team besides the 2009 Dolphins have won the division title. The Buffalo Bills have the third weakest schedule this year, I predict they are going to win more than 6.5 games this year! Jets coached by ex-Dolphins head coach Adam Gates will make a splash in a few games, but the return of Le’Veon Bell, should provide a spark for Jets this year. Last in the Division, will be the Miami Dolphins. New Head Coach Brian Flores is in a state of rebuilding and changing the team’s losing culture. I believe there’s a little light of hope for this turnaround, but it’s not happening this year, the process will continue! Dolphins at best will win five games this season.

NFC East Division

Philadelphia 11-5

Dallas 9-7

Washington 7-9

New York Giants 6-10

Philadelphia is the team to beat, and stacked with the return of Deshawn Jackson, QB Carson Wentz will have plenty of options for passing this season. Al Jefferies, will catch the mid range passes, All Pro Tight End Zack Hertz, will benefit the most. Dallas Cowboys has improved on its defense with Dak Prescott, a number one receiver, but the main question is ZEKE. Will Ezekiel Elliott be the highest paid running back in the NFL? To be continued.…First round draft pick QB Keith Haskins, will not start the season for the Redskins- not much hope for the Redskins this year. New York Giants will be in transition, from Eli Manning to surprise 1st round draft pick QB Daniels Jones, it’s all about Saquon Barkley for the Giants this year!

Keanu Neal

NFC South Division

Atlanta 11-5

New Orleans 10-6

Carolina 8-8

Tampa Bay 7-9

Atlanta Falcons is going to win the division this season. No injuries to their starters, will improve their record by plus 4 games. The return of three key defensive players, Keanu Neal, Ricardo Allen, and linebacker Deion Jones. Running back Devonta Freeman is returning to form, and should have a breakout season! Saints QB Drew Brees is lacking arm strength in his throws; the saints will fall back this season. QB Cam Newton’s shoulder problems are behind him, but he’s a very inconsistent passer in the NFL. Last, its Tampa Bay Bucs’ Head Coach Bruce Arians, still trying to resurrect the career of QB Jamesis Winston, a major step in this process from Head Coach Bruce Arians, should be a positive for Tampa Bay’s future!

Jacoby Brissett

AFC South Division

Houston 10-6

Tennessee 9-7

Indy Colts 8-8

Jacksonville 7-9

With the sudden retirement of QB Andrew Luck, the Colts have a very capable QB in Jacoby Brissett to fill those shoes. The Colts defense will be improved, but with the retirement of Andrew Luck, they are moving to the middle of the pack. Houston’s QB Deshawn Watson will lead an offensive attack with the best receiver in the league, Deandre Hopkins, (he didn’t drop a single pass last season), wide receiver Will Fuller coming back from injury and running back Duke Johnson. This is the Texans’ year! Tennessee has the strongest offensive line in the league, but the QB position is the problem! Can QB Nick Foles be the difference in DUVAL? Talented defense will keep Jacksonville in a few games.

AFC West Division

Kansas City 13-3

L.A. Chargers 10-6

Denver 8-8

Raiders 7-9

Patrick Mahomes, the NFL MVP, will dominate all the talk as the Chiefs look to return to the AFC championship game. Chiefs will have the tools again on offense; the question is going to be the defense? Los Angeles Chargers will compete again in the west, but if they don’t sign holdout running back Melvin Gordon, I think their chances of making it to the Super Bowl are small. Denver Broncos have the defense, but former super MVP Joe Flacco, is trying to rebound from Baltimore. Finally, The Oakland Raiders, TV’s darling “Hard Knocks” team will improve by a couple of games this year.

DeSean Jackson

NFC West Division

L.A. Rams 12-4

Seattle 10-6

S.F. 49ers 8-8

Arizona 4-12

L.A. Rams’ Todd Gurley has something to prove this year! Gurley’s knee problems caused him to miss valuable time in the Super Bowl-he’s looking to get back into top form. With an excellent offensive team, the Rams intend to return to the Super Bowl! Seatlle is going the route of Smash mouth football! Run! Run! Run! San Francisco QB Jimmy Garoppolo is set to return to the starting lineup to lead the 49ers again. Last is the Arizona Cardinals. With no offensive line and an aging wide receiver, disaster looms for the Cardinals this year.

NFC North Division

Chicago 10-6

Minnesota 10-6

Green Bay 9-7

Detroit 5-11

Chicago is looking to dominate on defense in this division. Kahli Mack, defensive player of the year, learned a valuable lesson against the Eagles last year. Definitely, there will be no problem with any kicker this year for the Bears! The Vikings will improve on distributing the ball equally between the run game and passing game. Kirk Cousins is the only question mark with this team. Green Bay must improved on Defense! Cannot let Aaron Rodgers bail you out again! Detroit Lions is trending down, with injuries in preason with their starting linebackers. It’s going to be a long season for the Lions.

AFC North Division

Pittsburgh 11-5

Cleveland 9-7

Baltimore 8-8

Cincinnati 4-12

Pittsburgh Steelers did not make the playoffs amid the noise from the “Killer B’s,” Antonio Brown, LeVeon Bell, and Big Ben Roethlisberger. This team is flying under the radar, with the best offensive line in the North Division, look for running back James Conner to improve this year! All the talk and hype is on Cleveland Browns. With new talented wide receiver Odell Beckham Junior, and QB Baker Mayfield, this is going to be a circus! Hopefully, talent takes over! I’m looking for the Browns to win a least 9 games tops! With the losses on the defensive side for Baltimore Ravens, Ravens will go to the middle of the pack. New coach-Zac Taylor, same results for the Bengals, fewer than 5 wins for the season!
