audrey-edmonson_web.jpgMIAMI — Commissioner Audrey M. Edmonson invites all small business owners in District 3 to apply for up to $10,000 per business in Mom & Pop Small Business Program grants. The grant may be used for purchasing equipment, supplies, inventory, commercial liability insurance, security systems, advertising and marketing and minor renovations.

The application period is from Feb. 10 to Feb. 24. A mandatory meeting explaining the application process and requirements is scheduled for 6 p.m., Feb. 24,  at the Joseph  Caleb Center, Room 110, 5400 NW 22nd Ave., Miami. 

Completed applications will be accepted from Feb. 25 until 4 p.m. March 3. No late applications will be accepted. One original and one copy of the application, in addition to all the requested documentation, must be hand-delivered to Commissioner Edmonson’s district office or the Neighbors and Neighbors Association: Commissioner Audrey M. Edmonson, District Office, 5400 NW 22 Ave., Suite 701, Miami or to Neighbors And Neighbors Association (NANA), 180 NW 62 St., Miami.
