
Faella and Rettenmaier were part of a group of 10 individuals who were arrested last year and charged with paramilitary training, attempt to shoot into an occupied dwelling and evidence of prejudices while committing offense, a first-degree felony.
Prosecutors are refusing to disclose why the charges were dropped. Charges are still pending against Faella's husband, Marcus Faella.
Authorities said last year that most of the alleged activity centered on a compound in St. Cloud, Fla., where Marcus and Patricia Faella lived.
