george-charles-web.jpgjohn-ruffin-web.jpgMIAMI GARDENS — Florida Memorial University is congratulating Charles George and John Ruffin, chairman and vice chairman, respectively, of the institution’s Board of Trustees. The duo was selected by their peers as two of ICABA’s Most Accomplished Black Community Leaders and Entrepreneurs in South Florida.

Chairman George is the former president and CEO of G. Family Enterprise, Inc., a general construction firm. Vice Chairman Ruffin is president and CEO of J.D. Ruffin Associates, an international business consulting firm.

ICABA Honors, one of South Florida’s premier recognition and networking events, will take place Friday, Dec. 14, 6 p.m. at Nova Southeastern University’s Davie Campus at the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship.
