The state says they could not prove drugs found in his car belonged to him.

The Miami Heat forward was arrested in August and charged with drug possession after police found marijuana in his car during a traffic stop.

Tucked away in a nylon bag, 20 grams of marijuana was located according to police. Passenger Antwain Flemming confessed that the drugs belonged to him.

Fleming was also arrested.

Haslem had faced one count of possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana, which is a third degree felony, 4 counts of possessing drug paraphernalia with intent to use, and was issued traffic tickets for speeding and illegal window tint.

Fleming faces a charge of possessing less than 20 grams of marijuana, a first-degree misdemeanor.
