Holly Moreau, director of pharmacy for Molina Healthcare of Florida, was picked as one of Success South Florida Magazine’s “40 under 40 Leaders of Today and Tomorrow.”

Candidates for the award were nominated based on community service and professional achievements.


“It’s an honor and a privilege to be chosen for this recognition,” Moreau said in a company statement announcing the award.  “I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished as an African-American woman.  More importantly, I’m proud of my work.  It’s gratifying to be able to help those who need it the most through my job and through my volunteer efforts.”

As pharmacy director for Molina Healthcare of Florida, Moreau is responsible for managing members’ pharmacy benefits for more than 54,000 Florida members and ensuring they receive high quality, cost-effective and rational drug therapy. 

Moreau graduated from Florida A&M University with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree.  She began her career with Eli Lilly and Company, the 10th largest pharmaceutical company in the world, and has worked for several other Top 500 companies, including, PCS  Health Systems and CVS Caremark.

A Florida native, Moreau has served as a member of the Florida A&M University Alumni Council for the past several years and has been involved in several health fairs serving the public.  

Molina Healthcare and its health plan subsidiaries provide managed care services to persons eligible for Medicaid, Medicare and other government-sponsored programs for low-income families and individuals and has 1.5 million members.
