WCSC-TV reports (http://bit.ly/17OLeye ) Michael Brown said his party waited two hours at Wild Wing Cafe last month when a manager told them the customer felt threatened. Brown says a friend videotaped as he spoke to the manager, who then got upset and refused service.

Brown didn't immediately get a response from the company's office, so he posted to Facebook that people should avoid the restaurant.

Restaurant spokeswoman Debra Stokes later spoke with Brown and says he's a regular customer who didn't get the proper experience. Stokes offered and an apology and free meals, but Brown says it's not a situation where you just offer free food and everything's OK.
