kkk_3.jpgDANVILLE, Va. (AP) – Racist fliers with the signature of a branch of the Ku Klux Klan have showed up in a Danville neighborhood. The Register & Bee (http://bit.ly/17MTHCk) reports that residents of the Marshall Terrace neighborhood found the fliers on their front lawn on Thursday.

They contained racial slurs and urged support for a "white revolution.''

The handouts contained the signature of the Loyal White Knights, a branch of the KKK.

One neighbor said she put the flier in the trash.

Danville Police Chief Philip Broadfoot said this isn't the first time KKK material has been found in the city. He cited two or three times in the last decade.
