herman_cain.jpgOKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ Republican presidential hopeful Herman Cain has suspended his campaign, but he's coming to Oklahoma City in the hope of raising money.

Cain is to appear at a private event for donors at the Oklahoma City Marriott on Monday evening.

A listing on Cain's website shows a minimum contribution of $250 is suggested. The hour-long fundraiser starts at 5:30 p.m.

Cain announced in Atlanta on Saturday that he was suspending his bid for the Republican presidential nomination because recent accusations of sexual misconduct have hampered his ability to deliver his message and have been hurtful to his family.

The Oklahoma City event was set on Nov. 16. The state Republican Party says Cain's visit will still take place.
