The private event is called "America's Sunday Supper,'' and it's planned for the Carter Center at 6 p.m. Sunday. It will include a recitation of Martin Luther King's "I Have a Dream'' speech by an 8-year-old student.

The event is being organized by the volunteer group Points of Light, the Martin Luther King Jr. Center for Nonviolent Social Change and Target.
