The Seminoles failed their first serious test of the season in a lopsided loss at No. 6 Oklahoma last month, but hope that experience benefits them when they visit 13th-ranked Miami.

Florida State moved back into the rankings at No. 23 this week following Saturday's 34-14 win at Virginia, its third impressive showing since the 47-17 loss at Oklahoma.

Miami escaped with a 38-34 victory at Florida State last year when Jarmon Fortson couldn't hang onto a low throw into the end zone from Christian Ponder on the final play of the game.

This year, it's Fisher who hopes to be the one celebrating.
