Parsley (curly or flat)
Onions, peppers
Lemon juice
Cane sugar
olive oil
Garlic (crushed or minced)
Red pepper flakes


• Dice onions and peppers. Caramelize on medium heat in a skillet or saucepan.

Transfer to a large plastic bowl. (**Note: do not use a metal bowl it will change the flavor of your sauce)

• Wash and chop parsley and cilantro. Add to the bowl.

• Add 2 tablespoons of crushed garlic

• Add ½ cup of olive oil

• Sprinkle mixture with 3 tablespoons of lemon juice

• Sprinkle with turmeric (cover the top)

• Add a pinch of red pepper flakes

• Add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar

• Season to taste with adobo

How to Prepare Chicken:
Spray a baking sheet with cooking oil. Season sheet with adobo. Place chicken breast evenly apart on the sheet. Season chicken breast with adobo, powdered garlic (and any other seasoning you desire). Push into the oven on 400° for 30 minutes (use a thermometer to make sure chicken is fully cooked). Pull from the oven and let rest.
