SALT LAKE CITY (AP) _ The Salt Lake County Health Department has closed a south Salt Lake City restaurant after inspectors found rood contaminated with duck blood.

The Salt Lake Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/1U2sogX ) that inspectors found duck blood pooling on the walk-in cooler floor, watermelon stored in a tray of duck blood and various fresh fruits contaminated with the blood, among other problems at Ho Mei BBQ.

Ho Mei can reopen when problems are fixed and inspectors deem them safe for customers.
