TAMARAC, Fla. – For being recognized as among the top-ranked public high schools in Broward County by U.S. News & World Report, Millennium 6-12 Collegiate Academy received a $10,000 donation.
Tamarac City Commission Morey Wright donated the money to the school for its distinction, as the funds come from discretionary funds allocated to District 2 as part of a development agreement.
The funds are designated for projects that serve a public purpose, and Wright directed a portion toward education initiatives within his district.
