DAVIE, Fla. – The town of Davie and Harvest Drive, Inc. have teamed up to host a food drive to address food insecurity for local Broward County students and families.
The food drive runs through November 17, 2025, with food donations to help families for the Thanksgiving holiday.
Davie and Harvest Drive suggested the following food items for the drive including, boxed mashed potatoes, canned cranberry sauce, stuffing, soup, peanut butter and jelly, applesauce/canned fruit, cookies/crackers, canned vegetables, canned or packet gravy, cornbread muffin mix, powdered milk, cereal and oatmeal, pasta and mac and cheese.
Items can be dropped off Monday through Sunday during the following times at the locations listed below.
The Town will only accept items until Monday, November 17, 2025.

Monday – Thursday
Town Clerk’s Office (Building C): 8800 SW 36th Street | 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Pine Island Multipurpose Center: 3801 S. Pine Island Road | 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Pine Island Fitness and Aquatic Center: 3800 SW 92nd Ave. | 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Davie Police Department Lobby: 1230 South Nob Hill Road | 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Davie Fire Rescue Department Main Lobby: 6901 Orange Drive | 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Friday
Pine Island Fitness and Aquatic Center: 3800 SW 92nd Ave. | 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Pine Island Multipurpose Center: 3801 S. Pine Island Road | 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturday – Sunday
