BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. – To better acquaint community leaders serving Haitian families with all aspects of the School District of Palm Beach County’s operations, the district hosted its second Haitian Citizens Academy.

The Citizens Academy covered several topics that provide in-depth knowledge about the district and the schools’ communications functions and engagement with parents, the community at large including all education stakeholders. They included:
