NEW YORK (AP) —Usher’s album is barely four months old and he’s already on to his next project.
The singer is releasing eight new songs on a new disc, Versus, which will be out Aug. 24. The songs will also be released on a special deluxe version of Raymond V.
Raymond, which was released in March. That album includes hits like the No. 1 song “OMG.”
Usher follows in the footsteps of Lady Gaga, who released The Fame Monster as a separate disc and also as a deluxe version of The Fame after the success of that album.
