GREENMARKET BIKE VALET: Just in the for time the return of the West Palm Beach GreenMarket on Saturday, Oct. 4, the Downtown Development Authority will launch the 21st year of its free Downtown Bike Valet. This year, the service adds free maintenance checks for tires, brakes and chains. Located at 143 N. Narcissus Avenue, the bike valet will work just like a coat check. Riders will be issued tickets in exchange for their bikes, which will be kept in a secure area. To reclaim a bicycle, riders will present the appropriate claim ticket to staff at the same location. In addition, patrons can take advantage of free ABC (Air, Brake, and Chain) bicycle maintenance checks and get advice on further services needed from local bicycle shops via the valet staff.
