The Florida Panthers Ice Dancers took to the stage on Nov. 20 for an electrifying performance and swimsuit fashion show for their 2011 calendar unveiling in Seminole Paradise at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood.
The dancers walked the runway, greeted fans, posed for pictures and signed calendars at the event. Among them was rookie Mignon, no last name provided, according to team rules, who is not a month but is still included in the calendar.
She finds time to dance for the team’s fans away from her full-time job as a marketing consultant for LivingSocial.
The best part about being an Ice Dancer, she told an interviewer when she applied for the gig, was that “I love dancing and performing. It's my life.
And the fans are amazing.” Her favorite hockey player is Stephen Weiss and her Panther/Kitten on the team is Simona. The 2011 calendar shoot took place at the Fontainebleau in Miami Beach.
