KEY WEST, Fla. – School Resource Officer Thomas Clark presented Explorer Capt. Sabina Islam a $500 Police Athletic League scholarship during Key West High School’s Class Night for seniors. The scholarship was awarded for Islam’s countless hours of service and dedication to the community. Officer Clark serves on the PAL Board and is also the Explorers Post #2011 Advisor.
