TAMARAC, Fla. – To celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month, the city of Tamarac is hosting a free outdoor concert featuring four-time Grammy award-winning recording artist Tomasito Cruz.
The event is set for Friday, September 19 at 6:30 p.m. at the Tamarac Village Amphitheater, 9090 NW 57th St.
The concert will include an array of musical performances of salsa, Latin jazz and flamenco.
But Cruz will be the main attraction, as concert-goers will be on hand for one of his greatest performances.
People planning on attending the event can use the city’s shuttle service to reach the venue, which route includes stops at the Tamarac Community Center and the Caporella Aquatic Center between 6:30 and 9:30 p.m.
