MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – Florida Memorial University men’s basketball team will face off against nine opponents who took part in postseason action, including three 2016 NAIA Tournament participants during the 2016-17 season. The Lions will play in 11 non-conference games.

The Lions will kick off the season at home on October 29th against College of the Bahamas, then head out on the road to Forrest Trail Sports University on Nov. 3rd and Voorhees College on Nov. 5th.

The schedule also includes road games at Florida International University (11/11), Lynn University (11/12), along with Conference opponents Warner (11/29) and Edward Waters College (12/10).

Florida Memorial University men’s basketball will return back to the FMU Wellness Center floor when it hosts Concordia University on December 29th, the beginning of the four-game homestand which includes Judson University (12/30), University of the Virgin Island (1/2) and Ave Maria University (1/5), in a seven-day span.

The Lions will also take on locals Keiser University (1/14), St. Thomas (1/17) and Johnson & Wales (1/26).

The Lions will host Warner University on Feb.11th for Homecoming. Senior night is slated for Feb. 18th against Webber International. The Sun Conference Tournament is slated for

Feb. 21st-25 with Florida Memorial vying for the automatic NAIA Tournament bid.
