US reports sending a 15-point peace plan to Iran

While a 15-point peace plan developed by the US has been sent to Iran, details of the plan are unknown. Reportedly, the plan focuses primarily on Iran’s nuclear capability. In exchange for lifting the crippling US sanctions Iran would dismantle its nuclear capability. But Iran military sources reaffirm that negotiations are not underway.
